Data deletion
To request deletion of all data we hold about you, choose one of these options:
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
If you have an active account, the fastest path is from your account settings.
Open account settings →Option 2 — Email request
Email privacy@clonestudios.ai from the address associated with your account. We'll confirm and complete deletion within 30 days (typically much sooner).
Option 3 — Remove via Meta
Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Clone Studios → Remove. Meta will notify us automatically and we'll honor the deletion within 24 hours.
Per our Privacy Policy, certain billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax law. All other data is deleted on request.
