Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Clone Studios provides AI-assisted creation tools — Persona Forge™ (character creation pipelines), Mimic™ (clone-story workflows), Cinema Engine™ + VoxSync™ (cinematic video and voice generation), and OmniCast (scheduled multi-platform publishing to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — plus a creator Spotlight™ page. The service is offered as monthly/yearly subscriptions plus Clone Credit packs, billed in USD with regional methods available (cards worldwide, QRIS, ewallet, bank transfer). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of subprocessors we rely on to deliver the service.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 to operate a commercial account; 16+ with parental consent for personal use.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials private.
  • One account per natural person. Multiple workspaces within one account are allowed.

4. Acceptable use

You must NOT use the service to:

  • Impersonate a real person without their explicit consent. AI character likeness must be either purely synthetic or used with documented consent.
  • Generate sexual content involving minors. Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.
  • Generate content that promotes hate, violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • Deceive viewers about commercial endorsements, medical claims, or financial advice.
  • Spam, mass-publish low-quality content, or violate Instagram/TikTok/Facebook community standards.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts or model weights.
  • Use the service to compete with us directly (e.g. resell rendered videos as a wholesale API).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Severe violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Content ownership

  • You own the content you create through the service (your characters, briefs, videos).
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.
  • You may use generated content commercially, subject to the AI model providers' own license terms (Higgsfield, Anthropic, OpenAI).
  • We do not use your content to train models without explicit opt-in.

6. Subscriptions and credits

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the period ends.
  • Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
  • Prices are listed in IDR, inclusive of PPN (Indonesian VAT). Foreign-card transactions may incur conversion fees from your bank.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions keep their rate through the current period.

7. Third-party platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, you also agree to those platforms' terms. We act on your behalf within the scopes you've granted; we have no authority to override platform policies. If a platform takes down your post, we may surface the takedown in your dashboard but cannot appeal on your behalf.

8. AI-generated content disclosure

Many jurisdictions and platforms require disclosure that content is AI-generated. You are responsible for adding appropriate disclosure to your posts (e.g. Instagram's "AI Generated" label, TikTok's "AI-Generated Content" toggle). We provide reminders but don't enforce.

9. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but make no SLA guarantee on the free tier. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance via email. Inference latency depends on third-party AI providers and is excluded from uptime calculations.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

11. Termination

You may terminate any time from Billing. We may terminate or suspend for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice (immediate for safety/legal reasons). On termination, your data is retained per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Jakarta unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you alternative venue.

13. Changes

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
